Biography
The Hamburger Brothers, AKA Ramapo Fault String Band,  have performed regularly throughout the Southern New York / Northern New Jersey / Eastern Pennsylvania region since about 1980, for folk clubs, house parties, county fairs, family reunions, weddings, coffee houses, fund raising events, and more. Their talent has taken them to homes, churches, libraries, halls, and outdoor settings.

In the picture, that's Frank Tetler holding the fiddle, Steve Orofino with the bass, and Elliott Zucker with the guitar. Frank also plays mandolin and banjo.

The "Brothers" show most often includes old time tunes and songs mixed with a few instrumentals, with an emphasis on nostalgia and fun, and with audience participation encouraged.  As Ramapo Fault, we provide more of a concert style or listening program, and we also call our own square dances.  Our latest CD, "Back Home Again," is a collection of familiar songs and tunes from the 1920s and earlier, plus our first recording of original tunes by members.

Anytime...really great. Wonder if you are familiar with "Ace in the Hole" I try to do it on the banjo on this site....I am just a novice; but like the old time songs. Verne
