G'day Dai! I've just listened to your song about Aberfan. I was still in London when the disaster happened. I remember crying, for the children and their parents. We had littlies of our own. My Brother, Ralph Alder, was a member of one the first rescue teams to get to the village. We've talked about it at Lodge often, mulling our brandies and recollecting. He'll be impressed by your lyrics. Musically I'd have to say you could think about capoing a tone or two. Call me snotty if you will but it helped me.
