Biography

Us & Them is a duo consisting of singer Britt and Anders, who plays most of the instruments. We have been a band since the beginning of 2005 and so far we have made three EPs: ’’Canning Oak’’, ’’Seagulls’’ and ’’Man o’ Sand to Girl o’ Sea’’.

We won’t try to describe our own music. Partially because you are so close to be able to download and listen to the songs yourself and thus make up your own mind. And partially we feel that too much information about lyrics, members and so on might cloud your mind and make you miss the most important – the images and associations you yourself will experience while listening to the music.

The general idea with our music is to create the kind of music we like ourselves and dream of listening to. We won’t be able to achieve this, but as long as we think the possibility is within reach, it’s worth the effort. Worth striving for. If there are other people out there interested in listening to us and enjoying what they hear, that’s an extra bonus.
