A number of years ago I discovered a national holiday, ( in the U.S.), that comes & goes, year after year, with hardly a notice. This struck me as odd in a nations where we are ready to "celebrate", ( break out the bar-b, chill some beverages, etc.), for just about any excuse. On February 2nd we celebrate a Rodent(!) because it's suppose to be able to predict the coming of spring!! So................imagine my surprise when I found out that every May 14th rolls around & nobody celebrates National Dance Like a Chicken Day. It's just not right & something needs to be done about it. People need to know what they're missing, we need to start a movement & for a movement to be successful it needs a song.
Dance Like a Chicken is that song.
And now that you've been advised we expect you all to get out there, "shake your tail feathers" & spread the word.
Please note: Chicken dancing has become very popular in recient years. This isn't anything like that. For one thing the melody is completely different.
