Biography

Brewing the sounds of roots in the city, Lily Come Down pours intimate lyrics and soul-based melodies into their songs. This band flows between genres from roots-blues to bluegrass, celtic, jazz and a dash of funk. Keeping the mix ecclectic and textured, songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Joanna and Melissa play mandolin, fiddle, guitar, and voice while Kenton, Orith, Chris and Neal add their individualized percussion and bass lines. Lily Come Down's smooth tunes can be caught live around Vancouver, so keep an ear out!
