Biography
Sonas is Gaelic for happiness.
Sonas is an instrumental fiddle ensemble that plays in the Cape Breton style of fiddling, with Cape Breton piano accompaniment. They play traditional Irish/Scottish tunes as well as tunes from other Celtic Nations. Their reels and jigs are upbeat, foot-stompin, and lively, yet they play beautifully executed airs as well.
Sonas is available for private parties, corporate events, weddings, and pubs.
