Biography
I've been a musician for about 20 years, but in the last couple of years, I've fallen in love with the "four stringed instrument of the people."

I just can't get enough of that diminutive sweet sound.

I'm a working chap with a day gig, but I play out a couple of times a month, write, record, blog and you tube pretty frequently....

I love a lot of DIY artists out there and the lo-fi/econo approach is dear to me because I grew up as a musician in the underground music scene of the 80's and 90's

I hope you enjoy these simple songs....
shoot me an e-mail at folkster.todd@gmail.com if you like....

peace and good,

Todd B./Mr. Lo-Fi

I've got a wee wizened hump of a mate called McGeechan. Some call him the Poison Dwarf. He thrives on it. Eric, the aforementioned McGeechan, formed his working life round fishing and playing his guitar. Up in the High Country where water teems with mating trout Eric worked long years ago. The hydro schemes came and went. McGeechan played his guitar and followed the fish. Eric told me to record everything I practised. Eric, as I've already explained, is a man to be respected. A dear friend. The epitome of Toxic Little People. A man to emulate. Immolate? No, emulate. Sleep well.

You're a long way from the sea, ay? You got rock solid view of the Universe. Stratified. Concentrated. Drawing in all the other musos. We all even ended together. Superb

Still goosey from Sonoran Uke. Did Don Juan have an influence? Magic music.

Gifted springs to mind. As a mark of appreciation for music. Thank you. Hugs
