I have been getting this error message for the past 2 days while trying to upload. Any ideas? ERROR! Invalid Form Validation received - verify usage! Gerry, I found a fix for this and changed yours so you shouldn't get that error message again. If anyone else gets this same error message, here's how you can fix it:
