I have not been able to log in to post some new songs, although everything else seems to work. Any advice ? Gerry Tenney

Gerry... I just took a look at the logs from this afternoon and saw that you reset your password. Did that fix your problem or are you still not able to do something? If there's still a problem let me know what it is. Richard

I did change my password. but I was to login to Artist Login once and now I can't. It seems to be the only function affected/ Gerry

I'm not quite sure what you're saying. Are you not able to log in now at all? Do you enter your login info and it rejects it?

Sorry for the lack of clarity. When I click on Artist Login, it starts to connect, but never quite makes it. all the other functions seem to be working fine. Gerry

Gerry, could you go in and find the login cookie and delete it? I think that might solve the problem. Let me know.

Try this: In your browser, click the "tools" button, then click "internet options" then click "delete cookies". Then try logging in again. If it still doesn't work, richard- manually reset the password and attempt the login. I don't want to delete all my cookies an I couldn't find a cookie for EZFolk on my list. Richard could you reset my password and we'll take it from there ? Gerry PS . When I try to login in Spanish. I am able to enter and then when Put in my name and password, it flips to English, but blank! Then when I enter the info again it returns to the blank English screen.

Gerry, I'm not quite understanding what you mean. What do you mean by "Is there another name that ezFolk might be listed under?" Let me know exactly what the problem is. Did you get the new login info I sent you? I kept your username the same but changed the password. Were you able to enter that info? If so, then what happened? If you were not able to enter the new login info, what was it that happened? You should be logging in from the following page: http://www.ezfolk.com/audio/ Are you able to access that page or is your computer bypassing it because of the cookie?

I can log in to the EZfolk website, from my bookmark on my computer. Every hing works except for the artist login. It begins to load but gets stuck before completion.The blue line indicating loading just stops. There is no difference with the new password. When I try to log into the website from the link you just sent me, I can't even get to the website. The same thing happens as when I try to access the artist login from the home page, which I can access from my bookmark

Gerry, I'm pretty sure it's a problem with your computer and I'm not sure what to tell you. Try logging in on somebody else's computer or if that not possible have a trusted friend (somebody you don't mind having your login info) try logging in and see if it works okay. I can understand you not wanting to get rid of all of your cookies, but maybe you could just delete the ones that are ezFolk related so you get the right one. Let me know what happens.

It begins to load but gets stuck before completion I don't know if this is of any help, but that is exactly what happens when we try to go to several sites from work. Harmony Central and BRB are two that we can't get to from work. It tries, but never makes it. I've been told it's due to the security settings of our work computers.

I have had this problem a time or two, and find that if I click "reload" I come back to the sign-in page and can then sign in ok. My problem is probably my computer. Brad

I tried on my son's computer and it works. So it must be my computer. I tried to reload (refresh)? and this didn't work. Maybe Earthlink can figure this out. Thanks to everyone, especially Richard , for the advice. I'll keep you posted. Gerry

Well I'm back to normal now, but not after a total disaster trying to fix the problem. Dell said it would be easy and I ended up with my entire software system going haywire and having to reinstall it! No fun at all. If any of you have the same problem, contact me and I might be able to give some advice. Gerry
