Wow! After seeing Jake last night I'm not sure if I'm inspired or should just burn all my ukes now! He's amazing and a very sweet, humble person. I loved being in the 2nd row to really watch his fingerwork. How does he do it?!! Wonderful selection of songs too. Thanks, Jake - please come back to delight us again. Also promoted "Cukes" with flyers that I did see taken, so hopefully some new people will be joining us. For those of you who did and are reading this, we have people from all around the state come to the meetups, so please consider making the trip! Chris

I have to 2nd what Chris said...incredible show! There were times when I was trying to see how he was strumming but it was like watching a hummingbird in flight and trying to see it's wings It was great seeing him in such an intimate setting, from 3rd row center where I sat I felt as though I could have reached out and tripped him if I were so inclined. His playing of course was amazing but also his showmanship and how he engaged the audience just made the night an amazing experience. It was also nice that he took the time post concert to hang out in the looby and sign autographs, pose for pictures, shake hands and thank each and every person that approached him for coming to the show. Just a super individual and I really hope that he returns again soon.Pete P.S. He signed my ticket stub but I can't for the life of me figure out what he wrote.  LOL
