Just wanted to take the time to personally thank Mr. Hefner and everyone else who makes this possible.  Im embaressed to admit that I had no idea there was even such a thing as clawhammer, and had only been learning bluegrass.

Not sure what else to say except that my clawhammer style is coming along great for only doing it two days now. He was telling the truth when he claimed that it sounds harder than it is. Of course Im not sliding up and down the neck nor am I using my thumb for anything but the eee, in the dumm dit eee. Regardless, I am so excited and greatful, to be able to continue my studies with this websight.

Anyway I meant to write this last night, but couldnt put my banjo down long enough to type anything of substance. I feel it calling me back, so I must go- but take her easy yall!

Hey, I appreciate that! You never know what you'll find on the Internet. Good to hear you're finding the instructional material useful. I haven't been able to do much in that area lately because of my work schedule but I just took the first steps yesterday in slowing down my other business activities to get back in and work on ezFolk and music, which is what I really want to do when I grow up!

Thanks for sharing and thanks for joining us.

:hat:
