Meg Hackett

Meg Hackett has been performing in the music circuit for the last 20 years. She is a former guitar student of Sal Salvador, among others. She has just finished recording her second CD, which was released in July.

Unlike most acts that have a visual female performer for marketing purposes only, Meg Hackett is a performer who seems to break the stereotype of the typical solo artist. In her act she not only does covers such as Melissa Etheridge and Bonnie Raitt, but also she has the versatility to be able to perform so many different styles, anything from Eric Clapton to Green Day.

Check out her website at http://www.meghackett.com for shows and songs from her first CD.

:clap:Yay!!! Great choice!! Meg has worked very hard getting her new CD put together! I never realized how much work goes into one. She is very talented and I admire her diligence and the fact that she made something she loved to do as a career!

I am honored to be back up here again.  Mike and Mike and my sister Holley, Thankyou for your support!  Also Richard want to Thankyou also, for having this website up. You literally started a whole community of artists that get a chance to hear other artists from around the world.  It's amazing how far technology has come so far.  You couldn't consider this even 20 years ago. Thankyou again for having me.  I really do hope you like the music.  :uke:
