Aloha baritone `ukers.

Here's another easy Hawaiian tune to play in slack key style. It's an old Hawaiian warrior chant that I jazzed up. Tuning is taro patch, Gmajor, DGBD.

Uncle Dave.  I love the sound of slack key.  Your uke sounds wonderful. That Pono is beautiful. When it's tuned to "open G" tuning, is that the same as open G tuning on the banjo?

I also notice that you don't use your index finger in forming chords.  On one of the videos, I noticed a bandage on that finger. Don't want to seem too personal, but is that finger injured or is this just your normal way of playing?  Your music is great.  I hope to be the So.Cal. Uke festival again this year and look forward to your book.  Thanks for the beautiful music.
