I have accessed this Ohana site as I have a cheap lanikai electric baritone uke, among other ukes.   The Ohana site  has a question section so I have asked loads of questions  yesterday still waiting for a reply. I have looked at many similar instruments and this SEEMS good value and good quality. Do you think a cut away style would be better for playing on all frets?

I have a lanikai tenor cutaway and while it would improve playability if I frequently played that high, I pretty much primarily use the frets that are up to about 14-15 which is right where the neck and body connect.  So for me it adds more guitar-esque asthtetic value than actual playability, so are u going to playing rock style covers and guitar style ukulele or are you going to be playing more traditonal stuff and what is your personal preference?  I can tell u that with my cutaway I have to convince novices that it actually is a uke and not a tiny guitar.

And thats on a tenor.  I image a baritone cutaway (arent these not the most common body styles?) would be even moreso because of tuning and size.

I play folk and fifties and sixties popular music mostly.
I also sing jazz/blues standards and am hoping to acompany myself as I get more experienced at playing and be able to play variations of the same chord further up the frets.
