Thank You Richard and my EZ Friends

My Thanks! To Richard and all of my friends at EZ Folk, firstly for the friendship that you have shown since I rejoined last year. and for recognising Cornish as a genre.

Our music goes back some 4000 years when we traded Tin with the phonecians, we then became a druid community, the druids were great story tellers or bards.

I am proud to have been joined in this genre by Jim Wearne himself a Cornish bard, and I hope in the coming weeks that we will be joined by a huge diversity of Cornish musicians.

If you put Cornish History into a search engine, you will find that we are the 4th celtic nation. we have been kept a secret, but we are still here with our own language and culture.

Please keep visiting this genre, and as it grows I hope you will find some exciting new musicians and sounds.

To celebrate I have written a new song "The Lungs of the Mine" after 4000 years, our last mine has closed . we hope that one day, The cornish miner "Cousin Jack" will return to our shores

Merastawhy (Thank You)

Greg
