Mountain Dew

Well my uncle Mort, he's sawed off and short
He stands about four foot two
But he feels like a giant when you give him a pint
Of that good ole mountain dew

They call it that ole mountain dew
And them that refuse it are few
I'll hush up my mug if you fill up my jug
With that good ole mountain dew

Old Aunty June had some brand new perfume,
And it had such a sweet smellin' pew,
Imagine her surprise when she had it analyzed, and
It was nothin' but that good ole mountain dew.

They call it that ole mountain dew
And them that refuse it are few
I'll hush up my mug if you fill up my jug
With that good ole mountain dew

Well the preacher came by, with a tear in his eye,
And he said that his wife had the flu.
I said that he ort, to give her a snort,
Of that good ole mountain dew

They call it that ole mountain dew
And them that refuse it are few
I'll hush up my mug if you fill up my jug
With that good ole mountain dew
