Strum-Along
Key of G
4/4 Time
“Together Again” by Buck Owens is a classic country song about rekindled love and the joy of being reunited with a lost partner. The lyrics express deep relief and happiness as the singer’s heartache fades now that they are back together. The melody is slow and emotional, with a signature steel guitar that enhances its heartfelt sentiment. Originally released in 1964, the song became one of Owens’ most beloved ballads and a staple in country music history. Dozens of other artists have since recorded it, and it was a big hit for both Ray Charles and Emmylou Harris.
I just did a simple strum with easy chords in the key of G (G, C, and D). If you feel more comfortable playing an easier D7 chord instead of D that works just as well.
